Tax Appeals for the upcoming July 1, 202 – June 30, 2026 tax year have been set for February 25, 2025, starting at 7:00 PM and ending at 8:00 PM. A current Property Assessment Listing will be available for inspection at Seaford District Library, 600 N. Market St. Extd., and at City Hall, 414 High St. by February 14, 2025.
Anyone wishing to appeal their assessment should contact the Tax Department by 4:00 PM, February 24, 2025.
